Labrador Iron Mines Phase 1&2 Completed
DRA completed construction and commissioning of the beneficiation plant at LIM’s Silveryard in early spring for 2011. The process plant had a successful season of operation and the mine met their production targets. This plant is a seasonal operation and shuts down for the winter. Subsequent to the completion of the production season LIM managed to ship two freighters of Sinter Fine product +64%Fe to China of roughly 170kT each. A third shipment of Lump Ore is being prepared for export.

DRA Awarded Phase 3 at LIM
Following the successful completion of Phase 1&2, DRA has commenced with engineering and design for Phase 3. This phase will increase the plant throughput by 50% and increase the plant's recovery. Currently the plant throughput is 400 tph and this is being upgraded to 600 tph. The recovery of Fe fines will be further increased by the addition of a WHIMS plant to capture the fines in the rejects stream. The construction of Phase 3 has commenced and will be commissioned by mid-2012. Part of the Phase 3 project will be to tie the entire plant operations into the high voltage hydro supply which will be completed shortly after commissioning of phase 3. DRA is also involved in the winterization of the plant which is expected to be completed in time for winter 2012.

Shear Diamonds – Jericho Mine Restart
DRA has been retained by Shear Diamonds to assist with the upgrading and restarting of the Jericho diamond mine in Nunavut. DRA was involved with the project with its previous owners as far the testwork and the DMS plant was concerned. The previous owners were subsequently unable to maintain operations and the mine filed for creditor protection in 2008. Now that the climate for diamonds has significantly improved, the new owners (Shear Diamonds) are keen to put the plant back into operation, DRA is actively engaged in this activity.

Galaxy Resources – James Bay Spodumene
Galaxy Resources, a Western Australian mining company has retained DRA to perform a feasibility study for constructing a dual DMS process plant in Quebec in the James Bay area. DRA has successfully designed and commissioned a 1mtpa plant for Galaxy Resources at Mt Cattlin in WA. Subsequently, Galaxy has entered into a JV with Canadian Linthim1 and is planning a similar operation at the James Bay Site. At this stage the process is similar to the Australian plant but this operation will need to be fully enclosed and winterized.

Xtierra Inc.
Xtierra has retained DRA to compile a 43-101 feasibility study for their Bilbao poly-metallic project in Zacatecas Mexico. The deposit consists of Oxide, Transition & Sulphide material which all contain significant value. DRA is in the process of assisting Xtierra with the process, mining and mineralogy in order to develop economical methods for the concentration of these ores.

Colossus Minerals
DRA has been awarded the Basic Engineering Package for the Colossus Minerals project at the Sierra Pelada gold project in northern Brazil. This site was the scene of one of the most famous gold rushes in South American history during the 1980’s. DRA will work in close association with a local engineering firm in Rio da Janerio who will undertake the detailed engineering, the procurement and construction. The process design and project assistance will be supplied from Canada while as much Brazilian input as possible will be utilized on the project.

Carpathian Gold
DRA Awarded Carpathian Gold Metallurgy and Process Plant Design. Carpathian Gold has awarded AGPDRA the Rovina Valley Pre-Feasibility Study. The work kicked off in November 2011 and should run for 4-5 months.
